Job Title:Manufacturing Production Lead OperatorJob Description:Production Lead participates in planning and disseminating work orders for the assembly of, a particular set of products, that are intended for the use of cleaning and maintaining semi-conductor equipment. The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in hands-on assembly and the application of materials in a production capacity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a requirement to establish effective working relationships. The successful candidate takes pride in their hands-on skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail. Production Lead must be able to perform a wide array of essential functions in production and manufacturing lines as needed. Excellent attendance is crucial for success.Duties:Review daily work orders, plan and schedule work as needed to meet the demands of customer expectations.Plan, organize and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications.Supervise and Assist team in Performing standardized work process and following defined work instructions at a defined pace to ensure the established quality requirements are met.Train necessary team members to become proficient in performing the duties as assigned, ensuring competency.Ability to perform duties repetitively for an extended period of time.Assist Supervisor in preparing written work instructions as needed.Ability to test and inspect for product qualityOperate complex manufacturing equipmentMaintaining a safe and collaborative working environmentUnderstanding work instructionsMust be reliable, have good quality focusMust be punctual and be able to meet the minimum physical demands of production work for an extended period of time.Must exhibit a Positive and a professional attitude.Flexibility to be cross trained in multiple areas of the operation and be willing to help where needed.Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbsAbility to frequently and repetitively bend, lift and reachAbility to stand and walk for up to 8 hours/Ability to detect abnormalities in the process and receive safety signals using visual, tactile, or auditory sensesWearing Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to: safety glasses, safety shoes, lab coats, hair nets and gloves.,Must adhere to prescribed safety rules and guidelinesRequirementsPrevious hands-on experience in assembly in a manufacturing environment strongly preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent, or evidence of exceptional abilityMust have command of the English language, both written and verbalMust be at least 18 years of ageAll potential employees will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.Responsibility and Authority:The responsibility of this position is to assist the Production Supervisor in the direction of work and assure quality production of products according to the manufacturing guidelines and customer requirements, to finished goods inventory, for shipment to the customer. The production associates report directly to this position.
