About Spintel Spintel is a music industry analytics platform that transforms radio airplay data into actionable insights. Through our exclusive partnership with Mediabase, we provide real-time tracking, custom dashboards, and data visualization tools for record labels, artist managers, and promotion teams. We're trusted by major labels and independent promoters across all music formats. We're a small team where you'll have real ownership and impact. The Role You'll build and maintain our cross-platform applications using Flutter for iOS, Android, and web. Working directly with the CTO, you'll shape the user experience for tools that music industry professionals rely on daily. Strong mobile development skills are essential—you'll be building for both mobile and web platforms equally. Schedule: Full-time, 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. We need overlap for real-time collaboration, though schedule flexibility may be possible for the right candidate. What You'll Do Build new features, squash bugs, and ship mobile enhancements Design and develop cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android Create responsive UI that works seamlessly across devices Implement data visualizations and interactive analytics dashboards Optimize performance and ensure smooth animations Manage app store deployments Participate in code reviews Requirements Flutter/Dart experience with at least one published app on iOS or Android Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) Familiarity with Flutter web Comfortable working in a collaborative GitHub environment US-based Nice to Have PHP or Python backend experience AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Aurora MySQL, S3, EventBridge, Redis) Docker Experience Data analytics or BI tool experience AI/ML integration (LLMs, embeddings, AI APIs) Jira or similar project management tools Music industry background Interview Process Initial call with CTO (30 min) → Technical discussion and code review (60 min) → Final conversation.
