Web Development Manager

A government agency in the southeast is seeking a team to lead a web design and development project. The development manager will need several years managing a small team of design and development resources.Leading a team of web developers to meet project deadlines and achieve company goals.Handling all aspects of project management, including planning, organizing, and executing web development projects.Driving continuous improvement to make our web development processes more efficient.Working directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional web applications.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a team of developers to encourage their growth and success.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of company web applications.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.Ensure resource availability and allocation for projects and provide technical guidance wherever necessary.Requirements/SkillsUser Interface (UI) design and User Experience (UX) design.Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Proficiency in project management software.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
