Demolition/Water Damage Restoration Technician Apply now! DPI Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Demolition and Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our customer's growing Restoration Team in Stayton, OR. This role involves responding to water damage emergencies, performing mitigation and cleanup services, and helping restore residential and commercial properties. Experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate. Location: Stayton, OR Duration: Full time (Temp to hire.) Starting Pay: $19.00/HR Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm Overtime opportunities available! ResponsibilitiesResponding to water damage and flood emergenciesPerform water extraction, drying, and dehumidificationSet up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)Document job progress with photos and notesCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersFollow company safety procedures and industry standardsBe available for on-call or emergency response when requiredDemolition & Removal: Safely removing water-damaged materials (carpet, drywall, insulation) and other debris. QualificationExperience in water damage restoration or mitigation preferredIICRC certification (WRT, ASD) not required but preferredValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
