Leveraging the diverse expertise of our senior management, we empower clients to achieve successful talent outcomes by ensuring flawless execution and strategic support across all facets of their recruitment lifecycle.OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Seasonal Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Rumford, RI. This is a high-impact, temporary role spanning from January to April, with a commitment of 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will play a critical, hands-on role in supporting our high-volume recruiting and client service operations during our peak season.This is a fast-paced, highly transactional position that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional, positive demeanor. This is an on-site position at our office in Rumford, RI.Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary focus of this role will be to provide crucial administrative and coordination support, largely mirroring the duties of a Recruiting Coordinator. Tasks including but not limited to:Candidate Scheduling Support: Efficiently supporting coordination of high volumes of candidate interviews (virtual and in-person).System Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately enter, update, and maintain internal event management system relative to campus recruiting activity. Assist within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like iCIMS, Ripple Match, Yello, etc.Communication: Manage professional and timely communication with internal teams to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner.Recruiting Administration: Prepare, distribute, and track event logistics and shipments, coordinate catering orders, post jobs to university job boards, and assist with transactional administrative tasks, document management in SharePoint, and run basic reports from internal systems as needed.Required QualificationsAvailability: Must be available to work on site 35-40 hours per week from May through August.Experience: Proven administrative, coordination, or customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-transactional environment. Experience in a recruiting or HR environment is a significant plus.Education: Bachelor’s DegreeTechnical Proficiency: Intermediate level of comfort and demonstrated proficiency preferred with various business technologies and systems, including:Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)SharePoint or similar document management systemsExperience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and/or an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is highly preferred.Soft Skills:Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proactive, problem-solving mindset and a professional, service-oriented attitude.Why Join Us?This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable, high-volume administrative and recruiting coordination experience within a supportive and dynamic professional environment.
