Project Manager (20 Hours per week/Part time)Location: Henrico, VA (Hybrid)Duration: 8 monthsSeeking for a Project Manager to oversee the design, configuration, staff training, and implementation of a replacement licensing and management system. You'll also support the Information Technology department in executing key project steps.Lead process mapping and requirements gathering.Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the project.Oversee system implementation phases and user acceptance testing.Manage change, vendors, and project closeout.Requirements:Strong management and leadership skills.Active PMP Certification from PMI.Experience in SaaS or PaaS implementation and vendor management.Experience with Federal/State/Government agencies and VITA standards.Must-Have Skills:Cloud & SaaS Expertise: 10 YearsAnalytical & Organizational Expertise: 10 YearsLeadership & Change Management: 10 YearsRequirements Management: 10 YearsProject Management Methodologies (Agile and Waterfall): 10 YearsVendor Management: 10 YearsActive PMP certification from PMI: 10 Years
