Program Monitor

Job Overview We are seeking a couple dedicated Program Monitors to oversee clients at our residential treatment facilities. Clients in our facility are struggling with substance abuse and mental health struggles. Duties Supervise daily operations of our facility. Monitor Visitors and Guests who stop by the facility. Enforce program policies and procedures. Ensure the clients and facility are safe. Be prepared for emergencies. Have eyes on the clients at all times. Conduct room checks for unauthorized items. Conduct intakes, discharges and handle conflict. Maintain positivity and be supportive with clients and staff. Skills Ability to be on your feet for 8 hour shifts. Proven experience in supervising volunteers, clients or staff within community programs Strong public speaking and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting for program evaluation Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences including community members, clients, orginizations and superiors. Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
