This executive role focuses on driving operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency while supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives.The VP of Operations will oversee core functions such as supply chain, logistics, production, customer operations, and process improvement, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute operational strategies to support business growth and scalabilityLead day-to-day operations across multiple functions, including supply chain, logistics, procurement, and customer serviceEstablish and monitor KPIs to drive performance, efficiency, and accountabilityIdentify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational improvementPartner with executive leadership to align operations with financial and strategic prioritiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, and automation programsEnsure compliance with U.S. regulations, safety standards, and corporate policiesManage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation across operational departmentsBuild, mentor, and lead high-performing operations teams across multiple locationsImplement systems and tools to improve operational visibility and data-driven decision-makingQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred12+ years of operations leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive roleProven track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced U.S. business environmentStrong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and operational best practicesExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Demonstrated leadership in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in multi-site or national operations within the United StatesBackground in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or technology sectorsExperience leading digital transformation or operational automation initiativesCore CompetenciesStrategic LeadershipOperational ExcellenceFinancial AcumenChange ManagementCross-Functional Collaboration
