Senior Golang API Developer - 100% Remote

We’re looking for a Senior Golang API Developer to join our growing team. This is a new role where you’ll design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs while collaborating closely with a tight-knit development team. You’ll be expected to deliver clean, reliable code within sprint timelines, contribute ideas, and take ownership of your work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Golang APIs with a strong focus on backend systems.Implement robust solutions for HTTP services, JSON processing, error handling, concurrency, and interface design.Collaborate with peers in a pairing-focused, highly communicative environment.Deliver high-quality code within agile sprint timelines.Take initiative and ownership in solving problems, asking clarifying questions, and adapting to feedback.Support the team in building scalable, resilient systems.Experience:Senior-level experience with Golang, specifically in API/backend development.Strong expertise in concurrency, error handling, and interface design.Proven ability to deliver features within agile sprints.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.Self-starter with initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently.Experience with React (front-end exposure).Google Cloud Platform (GCP) knowledge.Familiarity with Kubernetes.Experience with telemetry or monitoring systems.
