Lead Commissioning Engineer

*Must be local to New England region*The successful candidate will develop and/or review test plans, commissioning plans, job sequence instructions for substation and transmission line contractors performing additions and modification to the Electrical Transmission Lines, Substations, Controls, SCADA, relay protection circuits and associated equipment.What You'll Do:Develop and/or review test plans, commissioning plans, job sequence instructions for substation and line contractors performing additions and modification to the Electrical Transmission Lines, Substations, Controls, SCADA, relay protection circuits and associated equipmentAct as an agent for the Client and ensure plans are in accordance with Clients' testing proceduresRequired Qualifications:10+ years of commissioning and testing experience345kV to 69kV experience in line and substation workAvailability for potential extensive overtime and travel to various locations in New England regionAbility to review and approve testing guidelines to include but not limited to:Job Cut-over Write upsTesting sequence Write upsEngineering changesReviewing changes to One Lines, three Lines, Schematics and wiring prints after issueTesting/Commissioning PlansJob SequencesTrack Changes requiring Client approvalPreferred Qualifications:Associate/Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering Not quite right for you?
