SOCIAL, CONTENT, & EVENTS COORDINATORAbout the RoleGeotrek builds adventure-ready Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans for people who take their weekends seriously. We're growing fast, building our marketing team in-house, and looking for someone who lives and breathes outdoor culture, knows how to make content that actually stops the scroll, and can show up at a trade show and make it feel like a destination.This role sits at the intersection of social media, content creation, and event execution. You'll be the person who makes Geotrek feel alive on Instagram, keeps our community engaged, and runs point on the expo circuit from setup to strike. You're not just posting — you're building something.What You'll OwnSocial MediaDay-to-day execution of Geotrek's organic social presence (Instagram primary, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)Shoot, edit, and publish Reels, Stories, and feed content — phone-native content and polished edits bothMaintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platformsMonitor comments, DMs, and community engagement — respond and build relationshipsTrack performance and flag what's working; bring ideas for what to test nextContent SupportSupport content production alongside the video/photo team — shot lists, logistics, on-site directionWrite short-form copy: captions, email snippets, event materials, social scriptsContribute to the 6 content pillars: The Build, Behind the Build, The Decision, Life in the Van, Owner Stories, CommunityHelp organize and tag assets in our DAMEvents & ExposOwn logistics for Geotrek's trade show and expo presence — up to 15 shows annually across the country, potentially more.Coordinate booth build, equipment totes, van transport, and on-site setupCapture content at events — photo, video, stories — and publish in real timeManage lead capture and handoff to the sales team post-showSupport the Owners Meetups and community events as they growCreator & Influencer OutreachExecute creator outreach on behalf of Hanna — drafting first-contact emails, follow-ups, and partnership logistics commsMaintain the creator pipeline — tracking outreach status, deliverable timelines, and content going liveCoordinate logistics for creator partnerships — van access, expense tracking, shot list briefs, event coordinationCollect and organize creator-produced content for use across social and other channelsCreator strategy and relationship ownership stays with Hanna — this role is the execution and coordination layerWhat We're Looking For• 2-4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing — outdoor, lifestyle, or DTC brand experience is a strong plus• Comfortable behind a camera — phone content and DSLR/mirrorless both• Strong eye for aesthetics and a genuine sense of what performs on social vs. what just looks good on a mood board.• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) — you don't need to be a filmmaker, but you should be able to put together a Reel.• Organized and detail-oriented — you're the kind of person who makes a packing list for a weekend camping trip.• You've been to an expo, a trailhead, or a campsite recently and it felt like home.• Comfortable traveling to events — some weekends required.• Boulder-based or willing to relocateBonus PointsExperience with van life, overlanding, biking, skiing, climbing, or outdoor lifestyle communitiesYou've built or grown a brand account from scratchFamiliarity with HubSpot or a CRM for lead capture at eventsCanva power user or basic graphic design chopsWhat You'll GetA seat at the table as we build the Geotrek brand from the inside outReal ownership over channels and events — not busyworkA team that actually adventures — you will go to cool places for workCompetitive salary, health benefits, and a culture that takes the weekend seriouslyThis is a full-time, in-person role in Boulder, Colorado.Salary Range: $55-$75k, Annually
