Java Full stack developer (Specialist - Software Engineering)

Title: Java Full stack developerLocation: Irving, Tx (Hybrid)This role requires a senior software engineer with minimum 8 years of specialization in Java and JavaScript development to design, build, and secure enterprise-level applications and platforms. The consultant will be a key figure in enhancing software supply chain security and driving the adoption of secure development practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions using Java and JavaScriptBuild scalable and secure applications based on cloud-native architectures.Lead code reviews and contribute to system design and technical strategy.Evaluate and integrate open-source technologies. DevSecOps & CI/CD:Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated security testing (e.g., code scanning, dependency analysis).Develop automation to support continuous integration, testing, and secure deployments.Promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices.Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL):Champion and embed SDL practices throughout the organization.Conduct threat modeling, security design reviews, and support the remediation of security findings.
