Job Specifics Job Specifics:Facilitate the flow of materials in and out of the shopBe certified to use the 30 ton Pendant CraneHandle material with care, especially painted items by using the proper lifting equipment, straps, and corner protectorsSafely organize and separate material by sequences for prompt loading and shippingAssist with unloading incoming material from trucks and railcarsVerify schedules and work to meet delivery datesInsure that outgoing material has undergone a QC check, and inform leads of material that is ready to be shippedCoordinate with the parts department for securing miscellaneous pallets of materialsUse handheld barcode scanners to verify complete loads, printing out load ticketsSafely secure outgoing material on trailers and railcarsAll qualified applicants with LeJeune Steel Company will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation and gender identity, national origin, or status as a qualified individual with a disability
