Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for assisting with day to day parking operations and traffic management for Greektown Casino Hotel.Direct inbound and outbound trafficChange and move signage as directedCone off and open parking spaces/levels as directedWalk garage levels and report hazards, maintenance issues; suspicious activity to various teamsPhysically count occupied and un-occupied parking spacesCommunicate parking policy to patronsProvides the highest level of guest serviceTrain new team members (Traffic & Booth Attendants only)Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property and promotionsProvides guests with directions and information about Greektown DistrictMay operate, and move guest vehicles if necessaryMaintain a thorough knowledge of the propertyOther duties as assignedRequirementsAbility to perform basic math functionsExcellent communication skillsAbility to read, write, and communicate verbally in EnglishUnderstand and comply with all company and departmental policies and proceduresAbility to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issuesLearn specific job duties and complete work assignments; maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniquesAbility to work and make decisions under stressful conditionsMust provide superior guest service
