Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.ResponsibilitiesParking and retrieval of guest vehicles upon arrival and departure from the property.Parks guests cars upon arrivalRetrieves guest's cars upon departureAnswers any questions upon arrivalProviding the highest level of guest serviceA thorough knowledge of the propertyTrain new team members (Valet Attendants only)Other job-related duties as assignedRequirementsAbility to operate various motor vehiclesAbility to operate a vehicle with a manual transmissionAbility to perform basic math functionsExcellent communication skillsAbility to read, write, and communicate verbally in EnglishUnderstand and comply with all company and departmental policies and proceduresAbility to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issuesLearn specific job duties and complete work assignments; maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniquesAbility to work and make decisions under stressful conditionsAbility to stand for long periods of time; withstand various temperature changes; withstand high frequency noises, sounds, and tones. Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience in operating various motor vehicles and vehicles with a manual transmissions.Required Certification/License Valid Michigan Driver's license.
