A company is looking for a Program Management Advisor for the Out-of-Network Protection Team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain knowledge management tools, best practices, and processes Drive operational reporting, controls, audits, and tools to enhance service delivery Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and support high-impact escalations Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience Strong background in Medicare and Commercial lines preferred Experience with reporting and automation tools preferred Experience in benefits and claims administration or project management preferred Advanced knowledge of products, lines of business, and claim systems required
