In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality, integrated campaign execution — translating strategy into action across multiple workstreams. You will help ensure campaigns land effectively in North America by coordinating cross-functional partners, maintaining brand consistency, and driving operational excellence. This is a hands-on, execution-forward role designed to increase campaign capacity and elevate output during a high-volume 2026 roadmap.Responsibilities:Support the North America Brand Lead & Publishing Lead in executing integrated marketing campaigns across game (PC & console) and esports.Translate campaign strategy into actionable briefs, timelines, and deliverables across creative, production, social, influencer, and community teams.Partner cross-functionally to ensure assets are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned to campaign objectives.Help maintain consistency and quality across NA-specific assets, activations, and regional adaptations.Contribute to post-campaign reporting and performance tracking, surfacing learnings to improve future efforts.Required Qualifications:4+ years of experience in brand management, or within a comparable marketing role in gaming or gaming-adjacent sectorsDemonstrated ability to contribute to marketing strategy development through critical thinking, analytical rigor, and insight-driven recommendationsSuccess managing or contributing to integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within fast-paced, high-volume environmentsInnate familiarity with the North American gaming market, and the unique attributes therein (as compared to other markets)Sharp campaign planning and project management skills — highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to drive clarity across multiple workstreamsExperience working on - or adjacent to - live service or competitive games; on a shooter title specifically is a strong plusComfortable collaborating cross-functionally with creative, production, and growth teams to deliver on campaign milestonesDesired Qualifications:Familiarity with Shooter titles a very strong plusExperience working on games with large and passionate audience basesYou are up to date with the gaming and entertainment industry's newest trends and technologies, especially mobile and/or shooter games
