You love thinking outside the box & exercising your creative muscles, but also love to analyze a spreadsheet.Heres what youll take ownership for:Train, coach, counsel & manage personnel in all daily aspects relevant to driving sales and running the business Analyze, track and measure monthly business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives Ensure store is running like a well-oiled machine each and every day while planning for the future Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise presentations; signing, and assortment in all departments; ensure selling floor is adequately stocked.
