Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yrJob SummaryThe Sr. Manager of Events + In-Store Activations – Prestige leads strategy and execution for in-store and field events (e.g., Masterclasses, Mega Events, FSCs) across AmorePacific's Prestige Division (Laneige, Innisfree, Hanyul). This role drives brand awareness, engagement and sales through seamless event execution in collaboration with internal teams and retail partners. Key responsibilities include event planning, budget management, logistics, promotional coordination and performance analysis & reporting. The role will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, retail partners and internal teams to support event planning, initiatives and retail execution. This role reports to the Senior Director, Head of Education – Prestige.Principal AccountabilitiesManage all retail events from inception to execution (Masterclasses, Mega Events and FSC's).Work closely with retail partners and field team to ensure events are scheduled in a timely manner.Oversee budgets, logistics and calendar for all events.Analyze key markets for events with an emphasis on growing market share at a store level and increasing overall profitability.Strategize consumer journey in-store including visual elements, GWP's and sampling programs.Source key materials through vendors and negotiate pricing.Collaborate with Trade Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure we are meeting specific guidelines outlined for the event strategy, presentation and budget.Implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of in-store activations, events and drive engagement.Work with Brand and Creative teams on event collateral and materials.Allocate, order and distribute all Field GWP's and sampling programs.Manage event post-mortems – from data collection to distribution of reports.Partner with Sr. Director of Education to develop overall event theme.Key Expierence and Skills6-8+ years of experience in retail events.Extremely detail oriented.Strong analytical and reporting background.Passion for the beauty industry a must.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Positive, open and approachable.Fluent in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel.Knowledge of sales operations programs, like SAP, a plus.Bachelor's or Advanced Degree preferred.Bilingual; Spanish and English a plus (not required).Ability to travel ~25% of the time.Company BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHSA Employer Contributions and FSA Options401k Participation with company matching.Discount on all APUS Brands ProductsPaid Maternity LeaveShort Term and Long Term Disability InsurancePaid Time Off: Vacation / Personal days / Sick daysCompany offered Mental Counseling for all employeesOffice-closed holidays and floating holidaysCompany sponsored eventsAMOREPACIFIC, US, INC is an equal opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
