Concept, timelines, logistics, vendors, assets - that's you.ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & ExecutionManage and execute events (logistics, cross-team collaboration, budget management, communication), from kick-off to post-event wrap-upProduce conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and trade show appearances throughout the yearBuild and maintain detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, and contingency plansTrade Shows & Vendor ManagementManage all exhibitor requirements and deadlines, oversee booth design, fabrication, shipping, and installationTrack and manage all trade show assets, materials, and equipment across eventsIdentify, onboard, and manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers across all event typesNegotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to maximize value without compromising quality and relationshipsCreative & Brand CollateralBrief and coordinate with internal teams to produce event collateral (flyers, signage, presentations)Manage branded merchandise production including apparel such as T-shirts from design to deliveryEnsure all visual assets are on-brand, proofread, and delivered ahead of production deadlinesConsolidate feedback across stakeholders and drive collateral revisions to final approvalBudget, Operations & ROIOwn the budget on event level, track spending in real time, and flag variances proactively to leadershipPerform against and report on clear success metrics tied to business outcomes (attendance, pipeline, impact, ROI,...)Ensure every experience ladders to a clear narrative, audience strategy, and intended outcomeIdeal Profile3-5 years of experience in event or experiential marketing, or a related rolePrevious experience trade shows, dinners, webinars with real hands-on ownership is a plusHighly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlinesStrong vendor negotiation and budget management skillsExcellent cross-functional communication - comfortable working with Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and Design teamsComfortable building process in a fast-moving environment - you improve the playbook from event to event and apply learnings directlyWillingness to travel and work flexible hours around event schedulesExperience with event management tools (e.g., Splash, Eventbrite, Cvent) is a plusOur Interview ProcessWe respect your time.
