Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities - Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes - Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately (bartending only) -Self bank with accuracy (serving only) - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant - Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales Experience - Prior experience using a POS system - Strong background in hospitality and customer service - Knowledge of cash handling procedures - Experience in catering, banquet, or event settings is a plus - Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately - Previous experience in food service industry is advantageous Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Shift: Day shift Evening shift Ability to Relocate: Appleton, WI 54915: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
