Whether you're passionate about fine dining or casual settings, your dedication to excellent customer service will make a lasting impact. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS * Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision * Recommend menu items, including wine and spirits, to enhance guest enjoyment through upselling techniques like OpenTable reservations or drink suggestions * Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, bar areas, and service stations in compliance with health regulations * Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations *Experience* * Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous * Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques * Experience with fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours * Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction * Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us in delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
