Start Date: As soon as credentialedContract Length: OngoingSchedule: Monday Friday, 6:45 AM 3:30 PM (some flexibility)Call Required: Yes split weekday/weekend/holiday/night call; approximately every 5 6 weekendsCall Coverage: Team-based scheduling with post-call recovery (day off or early out) Clinical Details Setting: Hospital (3 ORs + 1 Endo suite; expanding with ASC)Supervision Model: 3 CRNAs on-site at all times/shiftsPatient Population: All agesProcedures: General surgery, ortho (including total joints), OB/GYN (including C-sections), urology, plastics, hand cases, endoscopy, regional and neuraxial anesthesia, IV sedation/MAC, and lines/intubations outside the ORVolume: 230 cases/month; 7 12 surgeries/dayHours of Operation: 10-hour surgical day; urgent/emergent only after hoursEMR: Please specify if needed Additional Details Support Staff: 5 providers (4.8 FTEs) + 2 per diemFlexible, team-oriented culture with strong work-life balanceMalpractice & travel covered
