Demand Generation Manager

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own demand generation end-to-end and build a predictable, scalable pipeline for Lace. This is not a “manage campaigns” role. This is a build, test, optimize, and drive revenue role. You’ll be the first demand generation hire, responsible for turning early traction into a consistent pipeline. You will own momentum across the entire funnel, from awareness to booked meetings to pipeline and revenue. What You’ll DoOwn Lace’s demand generation engine end-to-end, from first touch through qualified pipeline and revenue impact Drive consistent, predictable pipeline growth aligned to revenue targets Own and operate paid, email, and social channels, planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across search, social, email, and retargeting Partner on events, partnerships, and outbound motions to amplify pipeline Run rapid experiments across channels, messaging, and audiences, moving quickly from idea to execution to iteration Bring creative, non-obvious approaches to demand generation and double down on what drives pipeline Optimize website conversion to increase demo requests and inbound pipeline What You Bring6 - 8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, primarily on demand generation Experience at an early-stage startup where you helped build pipeline from scratch Proven ability to turn early traction into predictable pipeline growth Hands‑on experience owning paid, email, and social channels end-to-end Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, funnel metrics, and optimization Comfortable owning outcomes and revenue impact, not just execution A builder mentality, scrappy, resourceful, and biased toward actionAbout Lace AIOur mission is to unlock revenue automation for businesses around the world.
