RPA Automation Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between business and IT for automation initiatives Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for automation use cases Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using platforms like UiPath or similar RPA tools Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation and intelligent workflows Drive enterprise-scale automation programs aligned with AI and digital transformation goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, AI, Engineering, Operations) Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices in automation deployments Mentor junior team members and help scale automation capabilities Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in automation, RPA, or process engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with UiPath or similar (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions Experience leading end-to-end automation implementations Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow optimization, and system integrations Experience in enterprise environments (banking/financial services preferred) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Preferred QualificationsExposure to AI/ML-driven automation or intelligent document processing (IDP) Experience integrating automation with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise systems Certifications in RPA tools (UiPath Certified Professional or equivalent) Experience in post-merger system integration or enterprise transformation initiatives
