This foundational full-time role is designed for curious, driven individuals who want to explore the intersection of technology and financial services. Through 4-5 rotations (8-12 weeks each) across engineering teams, you'll build your technical foundation while discovering where your unique strengths can make the greatest impact.This is a development-focused role where you'll learn, grow, and prove your skills across diverse engineering domains. You'll work alongside experienced engineers with structured mentorship and support as you develop from an emerging engineer into a confident contributor.Upon program completion, you'll have two full-time career paths: continue as a TRE Rotational Engineer 2 working across teams, or join a specific engineering team full-time based on your interests and performance.We're not looking for cookie-cutter candidates.
