About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions.In This Role, You WillServe as the Single Point of Coordination for the customerLead complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of the Payment Manager product and related servicesDevelop business requirements, create/manage project plans and coordinate appropriate meetingsEstablish timelines and track ongoing projects to ensure successful deliveryProvide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fitWork with key partners on project priority and scopeCommunicate status to project team and the customerProactively identify and resolve problems/issuesEnsure that project tasks are completed according to established timelinesCollaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance to deliver an exceptional customer experienceRemain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both2+ years experience with Global Payments & Liquidity products through Sales, Customer Service, Product, and/or Implementation Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrentlyElectronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementationsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Position Location Options: Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN) - 600 S. 4th StreetCharlotte, North Carolina (NC) - 550 S.
