Implementation Project CoordinatorLocation: United States (Remote / Hybrid TBD)Department: Project ManagementReports To: VP, Customer SuccessAbout the RoleWe're looking for an Implementation Project Coordinator to design, standardize, and continuously improve how projects are delivered across our U.S. organization, in close partnership with our EU teams.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, people, and tools. You'll own project delivery standards, serve as the functional owner of Jira for project execution, and act as a coach and governance partner to our project teams. Your goal is to create clarity, consistency, and visibility.You won't be managing projects directly day to day. Instead, you'll enable teams to deliver predictably by giving them the right frameworks, training, and guardrails.What You'll DoOwn Project Management Processes & StandardsDesign and maintain a standardized project lifecycle intake, kickoff, delivery, closeoutDefine and document workflows, status definitions, templates, and escalation processesAlign U.S. project practices with EU teamsAtlassian Products Ownership & Best Practices for Project ManagementServe as the functional owner of Atlassian for project deliveryDefine workflows, issue types, and reporting standardsBuild dashboards for project health and risk visibilityKnows how to use Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence effectivelyTeam Enablement & CoachingTrain teams on project processes and ABS Atlassian implementation best practicesAct as a coach and resource for delivery questionsProject Oversight & GovernanceIdentify risks early and support course correctionFacilitate escalations when projects are at riskCross Regional CollaborationPartner with U.S. and EU stakeholders on planning and alignmentServe as a liaison between regionsCommunication & VisibilityEstablish consistent reporting standardsProvide leadership visibility into delivery trends and risksWhat We're Looking For:Required Qualifications5 to 8 plus years of project management or operations experienceProven experience improving project management processesStrong Atlassian products expertiseExperience with cross functional teamsAbility to influence without authorityPreferred QualificationsSaaS or enterprise software experienceGlobal or EU team collaborationAgile, PMI, or other methodologiesPMP, SAFe Scrum, or similar certificationKey CompetenciesProcess design and improvementCoaching and enablementClear communicationRisk managementCross cultural collaborationWe offer a range of benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).How to ApplyApply following the link below or resumes should be emailed to kristi.sanders@abslbs.comWe're looking forward to hearing from you!
