The counselor will be responsible for providing individual and family counseling services, conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to support the mental health and well-being of clients. Additional duties include case management, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards in clinical practice.QualificationsStrong skills in Counseling, Family Therapy, and Mental Health supportKnowledge of Case Management and effective client advocacyUnderstanding of Psychology and experience with assessments and therapeutic approachesBackground in working with families and children is highly preferredActive licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of New JerseyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentMaster’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
