Key ResponsibilitiesProvide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults Document therapy sessions and submit HIPAA compliant records using the electronic health record system Collaborate with other teams to ensure continuity of care for clientsRequired QualificationsLicensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology) Active state license in Iowa; additional state licenses are a plus Experience with crisis intervention and treatment planning Background in providing services to young adults and adolescents in community mental health or college counseling settings
