Line Cook
Duties: Ability to keep up in a fast-paced kitchen while simultaneously adhering to food-safety standards. Applicants must have a passion for quality food produced in a scratch kitchen. Applicants must have a good attitude and must work well with others.
Requirements: 6 months experience in commercial kitchen required. Knife skills, health and sanitation knowledge, and communication in busy team kitchen are a must. Must be able to safely lift 50+ pounds and stand for full shifts of 8 hours or more.
Base Pay: Hourly rates are $12.00-$13.00 (plus $3-6/hr in Tips)
Tip Pooling: Bombers BBQ has a tip pool. This tip pool is split evenly among all Team Members, based on hours worked, and typically results in a $3-$6/hr increase above the Base Pay Rate.
