Holiday Grill Coney Island in Dearborn is hiring a Cook / Line Cook to join our kitchen team.We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Coney Island-style restaurant. The right person takes pride in good food, clean work habits, teamwork, and getting orders out quickly and correctly. Opportunity to grow into a working cooking manager.Responsibilities include:Cooking menu items to order on the grill, fryer, and linePreparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner itemsHandling basic prep work before and during serviceReading tickets and keeping orders moving during busy periodsFollowing recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelinesKeeping the kitchen, equipment, and work areas cleanRestocking stations and helping with opening or closing dutiesWorking as part of the team with servers, managers, and other kitchen staffIdeal candidates:Have previous cook, line cook, grill cook, breakfast, or prep cook experienceCan work quickly while staying organizedAre dependable and show up on timeCan stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchenHave good communication and teamwork skillsAre willing to help wherever neededSchedule:Full-time and part-time shifts available. Tuesday to Fridays 2-3pm start to 830pm, and weekend availability is preferred.
