The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and optimizing AI-powered solutions, evaluation frameworks, and agentic workflows in enterprise environments.Required Qualifications:5+ years of software engineering experience with Python or similar programming languagesHands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineeringExperience with AI agents, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworksStrong understanding of AI evaluation methodologies and quality metricsExperience with Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Claude, GPT, Gemini, or other frontier AI modelsBackground in Machine Learning, NLP, or Data EngineeringExperience with experimentation and A/B testing frameworksFamiliarity with AI safety and alignment conceptsWork Authorization Requirement:This position is available on a W2 basis only.
