Information Technology Manager

We’re looking for an Information Technology Manager to be the driving force behind our technology strategy, shaping how systems, infrastructure, and support come together across multiple locations to keep the business running seamlessly. This role will lead and develop a team of IT Support Engineers while overseeing day-to-day IT operations. This is a fully onsite role in our Jacksonville, FL office. What You’ll Be DoingManage, mentor, and develop a team of IT support professionals to ensure high-quality service deliveryOversee daily administration and performance of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring system reliability and user support Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions that improve business operations and efficiencyManage and support network infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, VPN connectivity, and firewall operations Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) efforts, including testing and documentation updates Collaborate with department leaders and stakeholders to identify technology needs and support operational improvements Monitor IT-related expenses and assist with budgeting, vendor management, and cost control initiatives What You’ll Need 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3+ years in an IT management or team leadership roleStrong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise networkingProven experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk managementExperience managing IT operations across multiple locations Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional initiativesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsLeadership AbilitiesStrong leadership, ownership, and accountabilityCross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignmentDecision-making under ambiguityPreferred QualificationsRelevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL)Experience with cloud migration or digital transformation initiativesExperience in regulated industries, e.g. banking, financial servicesWho We Are PAX Technology is redefining the future of payments—and we’re looking for bold thinkers, builders, and innovators to join us.As a global leader in payment solutions, we power millions of devices across 120+ countries, helping businesses deliver faster, smarter, and more seamless commerce experiences.We’re not just building hardware—we’re building solutions.
