This role will act as the liaison between IT and Facilities ensuring successful assessment and delivery of IT infrastructure, workplace technology and facilities systems for new buildings, expansions conference rooms and data center buildouts across multiple regionsRoles and Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between IT Facilities and vendorsLead and coordinate IT activities forNew building construction and site expansionsConference room and collaboration space buildoutsData center MDF and IDF room design and implementationSmart workplace and modern facilities technology initiativesCoordinate delivery across IT teams includingNetwork (LAN, WAN, Wi Fi structured cabling)End User Computing and workplace technologyUnified Communications (Teams, Zoom, conferencing, telephony)Data center infrastructure (power, cooling, racks, cabling ) Support and coordinate IT facilities applications including Space planning and utilization toolsIWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems)Conference room booking and smart workplace platformsUnderstand and support project budgets, forecasting, and CAPEX planning including cost tracking and variance awarenessProduce executive ready PowerPoint presentations including program updates dashboards and steering committee materials. Leverage strong Excel skills including pivots data analysis and reporting to track progress costs and risksUtilize enterprise project management tools such as Primavera, Click Up Microsoft ProjectDefine document and improve process workflows for facilities related IT delivery.Provide hands on project management Drive plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
