Your role will be vital infacilitatingproject management operations.Client Onboarding and Documentation Oversight:Optimizethe client onboarding process and manage essential paperwork, including certificates of insurance and project documentation. Handle client-required reporting, program management, and fleet coordination.Project Data Management and Reporting: Systematize project data for audits, oversee document control processes, and manage records for field staff.Assistwith client invoicing and laboratory activities through precise data entry.Preparation of Presentations and Reports: Develop materials for presentations and compile reports efficiently.Administrative Support and Coordination: Provide support for client invoicing through diligent data entry and administrative coordination.Who We Are Looking For:We are looking for an organized, motivated administrative professional who has moved beyond the basics and is ready to take on greater responsibility. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting projects or teams, is comfortable managing details and deadlines, and is eager to continue developing their skills in a consulting and construction services environment.Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or GEDAssociate degree in business, accounting, or construction management, a plusExperience:Minimum of1 year of administrative, project coordination, or related experienceExperience inprofessionalservices, construction, or consulting environment, a plusCertifications:Notary Public Certification, a plusKey Competencies:Workwell under deadline situations and respond to changes in prioritiesIntermediateto proficientcomputer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets/Excel, and accounting software, Microsoft Office experience, a plusBasic knowledge of the project structure in a client/consultant business environmentWe Are S&ME:At S&ME,we'recommitted to your growth, professionally and personally.
