Staff Accountant

About Us We are a well-established CPA firm with more than 30 years of experience looking for an accountant to join us for a full-time on-site role for a Staff Accountant position located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Compensation Starting from $15.00/hour Job Description The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting general accounting tasks, and reconciliations. Additionally, the Staff Accountant will handle bookkeeping, tax preparations, and financial reporting, as well as budgeting and forecasting. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 2+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Sage and others accounting softwares Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Ability to work collaboratively within a team Proficiency in preparing financial statements and tax preparations Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and general accounting tasks To apply, please send your resume Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
