Comprised of three Art Partners—Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and High Museum of Art—there’s a role for everyone at The Woodruff.Reports ToControllerFlsaUnited States of America (Exempt)Employment StatusRegular/Full timeKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with new vendor account set up in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentationServe as point of contact for vendor inquiries and respond in a timely, professional mannerPerform vendor account reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesMaintain and update vendors master data, ensuring proper controls and data integrityWork with Art Partners to verify vendor information and resolve issuesAssist with Fixed Asset TaggingSupport Fixed Asset inventory trackingSupport month-end close activities related to vendor accounts and asset trackingAssist with audit preparation by providing vendor and fixed asset documentationCrosstrain in cash management functions, including cash receipts and reconciliation processesPerform other duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)Basic understanding of accounting principlesStrong attention to detail and data accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or ERP systems preferredStrong communication skills for handling vendor interactionsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
