Customer Experience Engineer - Data & Onboarding

Hex is hiring a Customer Engineer to join our Customer Engineering team. You will onboard customers, develop assets, answer technical questions, and guide data strategies that enable Hex AI while driving product adoption and expansion revenue. Based in SF in a hybrid setup, you'll work with Account Executives, Product Experts and EPD to translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
