Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Rigging Installer / Theatrical Rigging Technician to join our growing team. This role involves the installation of theatrical, entertainment, and architectural rigging systems across a variety of venues. The position is based out of our Houston office, with frequent job-based travel throughout Texas and neighboring states.This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working as part of a skilled crew and contributing to high-quality installations.Desired QualificationsExperience installing theatrical, entertainment, or architectural rigging systems.Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and construction drawings.Strong focus on safety procedures and industry standards.Comfortable working at heights, including climbing and operating lifts.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work as part of a crew and follow directions from project leads and supervisors.Experience with theatrical counterweight rigging systems required.Willingness and ability to travel.Rigging and installation experience in a variety of venue types.Experience installing anchorages in concrete and structural steel.Familiarity with motorized rigging in a plus.Basic computer skills for job documentation and communication.ETCP certification preferred but not required.Job DetailsHourly pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.Main Office based in Houston, Texas.Work is predominately located in Texas and the surrounding states.Job-based travel stipends provided.Overtime paid daily for hours worked over 8 hours.A Reliable vehicle is required.
