Machine Operator - I

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30PM-12:00AM About Us: We are a fast-growing manufacturing company producing utility jugs and associated accessories. We’re looking for a Machine Operator - I to join our team and keep our equipment operating at its best. Position Summary: The Machine Operator - I is responsible for ensuring machines run efficiently, minimizing downtime, and producing high-quality products. This role involves performing intermittent quality checks, making minor changes, performing color changes, staging raw material, and assisting Machine Technicians when performing repairs, scheduled maintenance, mold changes, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Key Responsibilities: Keep assigned machines running smoothly and producing top-quality products during each shift. Perform color changes and preventative maintenance as scheduled or required. Move raw materials in preparation for use Perform routine and preventative maintenance according to schedules. Collaborate with operators and supervisors to meet production deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications: Previous experience in machine operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Ability to drive a forklift. Ability to follow SOPs and instructions easily. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments. Ability to read production schedules.
