Our goal is to create an environment where innovation thrives, with office-based teams coming together four days a week to collaborate and thrive, together!Our Vision for this RoleThe Real Estate Lease Administration Specialist will assist in maintaining the corporate 3,700+ lease portfolio for Flynn Group. Responsibilities include supporting Lease Manager and Operations staff in Day-to-Day tasks, rent review and balancing, keeping in SAP system current with all portfolio changes and reviewing lease details as required.Flynn Core Competencies At Flynn Group, our team members operate through four core competencies: Consistent Achiever, Skilled Communicator, Culture Champion, and Trusted Owner. These competencies will allow us to drive results, ensure we have a deep bench of high caliber talent, and offer career opportunities across the Flynn Portfolio.Consistent AchieverReview Lease Details and report findings to Lease Management.Provide financial statements/sales information to landlords as required in the lease, with required internal approvals.Maintain and Update Spreadsheets using MS Excel for Management distribution.Skilled Communicator Handle incoming Landlord and Operational Questions.Field incoming calls and make outbound calls as necessary.Communicate with landlords to acquire appropriate documentation for duties like change of ownership, address change or ACH updates with the vendor.Culture ChampionProactively monitor all emails and incoming mail for each property and distribute to the correct team member.Trusted OwnerAssist with Invoice-coding responsibilities within the RE Department.Send and Track FED Ex packages sent to Landlord for Rent Commencement letters and other Notices.Record management of important supporting documents for lease modifications, including web-based document storage and sharing such documents with attorneys and FRG team.What You HaveOne to Two years of administrative support.Experience in Real Estate; Commercial/Corporate Real Estate preferred.Ability to work effectively in a high-growth environment and a rapidly changing organization.Strong computer skills with an emphasis on MS Outlook.Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Finally, you should bring an excellent sense of humor to the table – we like to have FUN!Why Work For Flynn?Flynn Group offers a variety of benefits and perks to encourage and empower our employees.
