This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating field teams, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.What You’ll DoCoordinate and schedule daily installation jobs for residential techniciansServe as the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, and contractorsConfirm job details, site access, and ensure smooth daily executionMonitor job progress and proactively resolve scheduling or service issuesMaintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and internal teamsSupport showroom walk-in customers as neededTrack team performance and report on key metricsOperations & Inventory SupportManage inventory of installation materials, parts, and accessoriesCoordinate ordering and maintain accurate stock levelsPartner with warehouse and field teams to ensure job readinessAssist with warranty claims and supplier coordinationParticipate in process improvements and operational planningWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in customer service, scheduling, or operations (home services or construction preferred)Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with both customers and field teamsMechanical aptitude or familiarity with installation/service environments is a plusValid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites as needed
