JOB TITLE: Program Manager - IT IILOCATION: Mountain View, CADURATION: 5 MonthsPAY RANGE: $77 - $121/hr.TOP 3 SKILLS:Strong project and program management capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationshipsIn-depth knowledge of commercial real estate construction processes and architectural design (schematic design, design development, construction documents)Ability to read construction and engineering plan drawings and implement IT infrastructure, low voltage, and AV systemsCompany:Our client is a unified analytics platform that helps organizations accelerate innovation by simplifying data engineering, machine learning, and analytics at scale.Job Description:We're building a team of passionate Program Managers for Office Infrastructure projects to bridge the gap between Real Estate and Workplace Services, Corporate IT, and other teams to design and deliver technical solutions for new office buildout and expansion projects. This includes all low-voltage, network infrastructure, audiovisual, and related IT scopes of work.What we look for:Coordinate cross-functionally between internal teams, construction, and related trades and other vendors or service providersManage the design, bid, implementation, commissioning, and handover process for ISP connectivity, low voltage cabling, and network infrastructureManage the design, bid, implementation, commissioning, and handover process for audio-visual/video-conference systemsPartner with the Corporate Security team to implement supporting infrastructure and network integration for access control and surveillance systemsManage project schedules, status updates, and executive communications for all relevant projectsDevelop drawing packages and specifications in support of project design and executionCoordinate procurement and provide guidance to FP&A on budgetIdentify, mitigate, and monitor project delivery risksPreferred Qualifications:Strong project and program management capabilitiesStrong knowledge of the architectural design process (schematic design, design development, construction documents)Strong knowledge of commercial real estate construction processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsVendor management experience (Vendor vetting, RFP and bid response, performance management, handover)Understanding of mechanical power, cooling systems and capacity planningAbility to read construction and engineering plan drawingsPMP or equivalent project management certificationBENEFITS SUMMARY: Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
