The Scrum Master will facilitate sprint planning sessions, manage user stories, and ensure adherence to Agile practices. They will act as a servant-leader to guide the development team, remove any impediments, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the Scrum Master will work closely with stakeholders to align the team’s progress with overall project goals.NOTE : This is W2 role need locals to Maryland its 3 days onsite role.This role is a Scrum Master with a strong project management mindset, supportingan Agile mobile application team within a digital organization. While the role operateswithin Scrum and Agile delivery practices, there is a significant expectation tomanage timelines, delivery commitments, and stakeholder expectations, similar toa traditional project management function.The Scrum Master will be embedded within the mobile app program, which isorganized by several product domains. This specific position supports the Loyaltyproduct domain.QualificationsProficiency in Sprint Planning and managing Agile workflowsStrong Analytical Skills to identify challenges and propose effective solutionsExcellent Communication skills to ensure clear and effective collaboration within teams and with stakeholdersExperience in writing and managing detailed User Stories to guide development effortsFamiliarity with Software Development processes and technical workflowsCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plusAbility to work in a hybrid environment with both on-site and remote componentsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or relevant field is preferred.Thanks & Regards.!Azhar Syed
