Associate Workers' Compensation (No Experience Required)

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time First-year Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team at our Oakland, CA office. This role involves managing workers' compensation cases, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, conducting depositions, and preparing for trials. The Associate Litigation Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and clients, providing dedicated legal support and representation in line with the firm's mission of achieving the best outcomes for clients. We offer a structured mentorship program for new attorneys. Direct client exposure. Court experience within the first 2 months. Clear promotion timeline.
