Active TS/SCI Clearance Is RequiredOnsite in Dallas Metro AreaResponsibilities include:Integrating, upgrading, and managing virtual computer systemsAdminister, manage, and provision VMWare ESXi virtualized servers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 / 8 / or 9 operating systemEnsure dataflow by running system health checks for early detection of underlying system issues and is responsible for meshing the different system disciplines (network, architecture, systems, software, and administration) to buildout platform integration initiativesProvide data transfers between classified and unclassified networks according to prescribed policy and proceduresSupport GDTS / SONIC Strike software & hardware deliveries and DRWOWork with team in the configuration, setup, and operability for GDTS / SONIC Strike to both deliver and retrieve data to/from cloud bucketsInvestigate data anomalies, server / file-system issuesTroubleshoot issues discovered during regression testing and provide feedback to software engineers for resolutionKnowledge of CVFS file systemsKnowledge NFS mounted file systemsProvide call-in support as neededWork with software engineering and system administrators to identify and troubleshootParticipation in team planning and status meetingsCompleting schedules for assigned tasksEnsuring timely communication of issues that impact assigned tasksDesired Skills:System admin of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 / 8VMware - vSphere and vCenter AdministrationShell/Perl/Python scriptingFile system appliance management (NetApp filers etc.)LDAP AdministrationBroad understanding of TCP/IP and transfer protocols, such as ftp, sftp, ftps and httpsEssential Linux network service configurationEmail setup and maintenanceTroubleshooting skills and experienceCapable of performing System Administration design & development, and Operations &SustainmentCapable of performing platform integration and Operations &SustainmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
