Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder proficient in MIG, TIG, and Flux Cored welding techniques to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding stainless steel and carbon steel pipes according to detailed blueprints and schematics. Your expertise will ensure the integrity and safety of piping systems used across various industrial applications, including construction, manufacturing, and pipeline projects. Responsibilities Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and Flux Cored Arc Welding on stainless steel and carbon steel pipes with precision and consistency Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements Prepare pipes using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and tube bending machinery to meet project specifications Ensure all welds comply with ASME codes & standards, industry safety regulations, and project quality standards Conduct thorough inspections of welds using calipers, schematics, and visual checks to verify proper fit-up and weld integrity Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work necessary for accurate pipe assembly Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling soldering tasks, rigging materials, and performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment Skills Extensive experience with MIG welding, FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding), TIG welding, and pipe welding in various positions Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and ASME codes & standards confidently Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in hand tools, power tools, calipers, pipe threading machines, tube benders, and soldering equipment Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and experience working on construction or manufacturing sites Skills in rigging for pipe lifting or positioning tasks as needed during fabrication or installation processes Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality welds that meet industry standards Join our team as a Pipe Welder MIG/TIG/Flux Cored Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel specialist!
