Position Summary
Works under general supervision to manage document retrieval and storage and assist with document transfers and destruction as well as other duties assigned.
Pay Grade: 41H
Salary Commensurate with Experience and Education
Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years of experience in customer service including face-to-face interaction, data entry, electronic and manual file storage; AND
High school diploma or possess a GED.
Banking experience is preferred.
PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Duties and Responsibilities
Organizes and maintains the storage/retrieval of Trustee records and files.
Facilitates the collection of files and records for destruction by the Trustee and the Public Records Commission.
Scans critical property tax documents.
Transacts land sale disbursements.
Processes property legal descriptions.
Enters and maintains data records.
Facilitates the printing of various forms.
Performs data processing functions for records storage and Kiosk maintenance.
Performs other duties as required or directed.

Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask on multiple projects at one time.
Ability to remain calm and presentable in hectic situations.
Ability to function well in stressful situations and with constant distractions.
Skilled at operating standard office equipment.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
