Then this Production Operations Manageropportunity could be the right fit for you.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure full adherence to EHS regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.Oversee LOTO, line breaking, confined space entry, hot work, and other critical safety activities.Meet production and quality targets across all shifts.Ensure safe, consistent, and documented startup/shutdown procedures.Support operator training and reinforce SOP/Work Instruction compliance.Verify accurate and timely completion of all shift paperwork.Review quality and raw material data to determine necessary process adjustments.Communicate loading/unloading instructions as needed.Partner with Engineering and Maintenance to proactively improve operations.Oversee general plant housekeeping and 5S expectations.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.Strong commitment to EHS compliance and a safety-first culture.Experience in reporting on key production metricsExcellent organizational and leaderships skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsJasleen Kaurjasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.comAjulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
